He previously helped us find a great rental in 2017 and purchase a home in 2018. When it came time to upgrade, we contacted Justin who was immediately responsive and started our search — which was very specific and narrow geographically. Justin was quick to respond to texts, arrange showings of homes even before they were on the market when possible or first thing when they hit the market. If Justin was unavailable, which was rare, he arranged his partners to assist us. He helped us find the perfect home, assisted in finding all the resources for repairs/inspection needs, negotiated to our benefit, even assisted with establishing an escrow account to accommodate repairs without delaying closing. He also helped us prepare our other house for listing and navigated the process of inspections and negotiations with that house as well. Justin always has a great attitude and is easy to work with. He has a wealth of local knowledge when it comes to handymen, painters, fencing, major repairs like roofing and sewer repair, landscaping and so much more!
