I have been working in the Mortgage Industry for 15 years. During that time, I have learned that my clients appreciate all the little things. For example, during the first meeting, we take our time going over the different home loan programs to find the best home loan for their needs. We talk about the process, what to expect throughout the process, and what paperwork is needed.
We talk about what to expect on the most important day, closing day. We go over the costs of the loan in detail. Most importantly, my availability. I answer my phone day, night, and on the weekends to ensure my clients have answers to questions when needed.
This is the biggest purchase most people face in life. It is extremely important to work with an experienced loan officer who knows the process and marketplace and is available as much as needed throughout the process. That’s where I come in. I also want to mention my wife Brooke, who is a mortgage loan originator as well. We work in the same office. For those that prefer dealing with a female, she can help as well.
When I’m not doing home loans, I spend my time with my wife of 20-plus years, Brooke, and my daughters, Lexi and Ellie. Brooke and I work together and have for many years. We love camping, traveling, going to Chiefs and Cards games, floating on the river in summer, and spending time with friends and family.
